Fleet Risk Management

1. Driver Training Programmes
   We recommend a number of companies for this. The normal service provides for a full driver training and assessment programmes and will be tailored to your fleet’s needs.
2. Driver Licence checks
   Many fleet operators rely on copies of driving licenses being submitted by the driver, perhaps once or twice a year. However, these copies may not be accurate or up to date and we can provide a service whereby the licenses are checked electronically and directly with the DVLA.

4. Claims assessment – covering both frequency and severity
   This is one of the most important aspects of our business. At every stage if the insurance policy, it is very important that a full claims analysis is provided to your insurers so that they can understand the risk more fully. It is not simply a case of supplying the claims costs; it is more important to provide an assessment of the claims and to explain why the costs have occurred. Most fleet insurers will appreciate an assessment of the risk and will react more favourably if they have the information that they need.
5. Vehicle security advice
   There are a number of products available to you to use to improve the vehicle security of your fleet. These are not necessarily that expensive and some insurers will allow a discount if vehicles are fitted with security devices.
