Public & Employers Liability

Most, if not all, of our clients require this cover and we can offer it at competitive prices. Typically, this covers your company for:

• Liability to your employees up to a limit of £10m
• Liability to the public up to a limit of £5m

The prices are normally calculated as a percentage of the gross turnover of your company and will also reflect:

• Your claims record.
• The occupation of your company.
• Your approach to risk management.
• The area in which your company is located.

Demands and needs

It is most important to establish the insurance demands and needs of your business before any advice can be given to you. Each company will operate in its own way and will have different demands and needs. This applies to any insurance policy offered to you and your company. We will insist on a full demands and needs statement before confirming cover to you.
